Welcome (0:00) Hi, and welcome to Caprastacks Manufacturing. In the next few minutes, you'll see how it helps you make medicine safely, step by step.

Every box has a story (0:11) Every box of medicine on a pharmacy shelf has a story. Where its powders came from, who made it, and who said it was safe. Let's find out. We'll follow one batch of tablets, all the way from the first drum of powder to this box.

Deliveries wait for the lab (0:28) It starts at the gate. A truck brings in powders, foil and boxes. And straight away, every drum goes on hold. Nobody can use it yet. Not until it's tested. So the lab takes a small scoop and tests it. Good material gets the green light. And if something's wrong? It goes straight back.

The recipe is the law (0:50) Now, the recipe. In a medicine factory, the recipe is the law. It's approved and signed. Want to change even one gram? That's a new version, and it gets signed all over again.

Weigh, and check (1:05) Time to weigh. Ali weighs fifty kilos of powder, exactly what the recipe asks for. Then Bilal checks it. One person weighs, another person checks, and both names are kept.

The batch diary (1:20) Then the mixing and pressing begin. And while the batch is being made, everything goes into its diary, as it happens. Made a mistake? You don't rub it out. You draw one line through it, write why, and sign. Nothing is ever erased.

Test and pack (1:38) Our new tablets wait on hold, just like the powders did, until the lab tests them too. Then they're packed, with the batch number printed on every box.

Quality releases the batch (1:49) Now the big decision. Usman, from quality, reads the whole diary, page by page. Only when he signs is the batch released. And only released stock can ever be sold.

Trace any box (2:03) So, remember that box? Now its whole story is one click away. These powders. This batch. These customers. And if you ever need a recall, everyone you need to call is already on one list.

Your factory on one screen (2:18) That's Caprastacks. Your whole factory, on one screen. And you decide how strict it is. Start gentle, so nobody gets stuck, and tighten the rules as you grow. That's the big picture. In the next video, we'll set up your factory, step by step.
