What does my plan include, and how do I upgrade?
Your plan sets how many companies can be active and how many people can use them.
A plan covers a set number of active companies and a set number of people. Which software you can open also comes from your plan.
To see what you are on and what else is available, open your plan page from your account. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the time left on your current period.
A cheaper plan takes effect when your current period ends, so you never lose time you have already paid for.

Why is one of my companies locked?
You can create any number of companies, but only as many as your plan allows can be active at once.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — sign up, create your company, and start the free trial from the pricing page.
How do I add a customer or a supplier?
Chart of accounts → New account → Type: Party, then say whether they are a customer, a supplier or both.
How do I add another company?
Create it from the companies list — each company keeps its own separate books.
