What am I looking at on the dashboard?
Your cash position, who owes whom, this month against last, low stock and the latest entries.
The dashboard is the first screen after you enter a company. Everything on it is worked out from your actual entries, so it is never out of step with your reports.
• Cash, receivables and payables — what you hold, what customers owe you, and what you owe suppliers, right now.
• Cash flow — money in against money out over recent months.
• Sales this month — the month's total and how it compares with last month.
• Low stock — products that have fallen to the level you set on them.
• Recent transactions — the latest entries across the company.
If you own the account you also see how many staff seats you are using and a feed of who has been doing what.
Nothing here can be edited. To change a figure, change the entry behind it — every tile leads to the screen that owns it.
Still not sure? Ask it in the chat in the corner — no account needed, and a person answers whatever the assistant can't.
What is the bell at the top, and why is there a number on it?
Notices from your sister companies and your Trade Network, and it only counts what you have not read.
